Prior to joining Visionnaires Capital, Olim was in a M&A Boutique Buy-side Advisory firm in Tokyo and his main scope includes helping Japanese listed companies acquire companies outside Japan (and specifically in South East Asia). Throughout his career, he has transacted numerous deals across industries such as human resources, facility management, distribution typed businesses, transportation, construction, etc. He has a strong expertise in understanding the needs and preferences of Japanese investors due to his prior role as a buy-side M&A advisor. Olim began his career at Deloitte Japan where he focused on management consulting work for Japanese companies looking to expand or acquire into South East Asia.
Olim graduated from Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo) and he speaks and writes fluently in Japanese.
In his free time, Olim enjoys working out in gyms and rock climbing.
Prior to joining Visionnaires Capital, Keng Fai worked in the Corporate Finance Division of an investment bank, where he was involved in several corporate finance and advisory deals involving M&A, take-over, IPO and private placements. He began his career in OCBC Bank’s graduate programme with rational assignments to work on multiple cross-functional process improvement and cost-saving projects.
Keng Fai holds a BSc Mathematics with Physics from the University of Southampton and passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) Programme in 2017.
In his free time, Keng Fai enjoys badminton and swimming.
